Upgrade

So im upgrading my reef on Monday and I'm just going over every one of the steps, and i needed to ask some questions, Should i let the new tank cycle? it is a big jump in size from my 15 to a 95, and could someone list the steps of what i should do? this is my first move/upgrade from what i know this is what i should do can you correct me if I'm wrong
Set up new tank
Take out LR and LS from old tank
Put new LS and LR in tank
take as much water as possible from old tank still leaving room for fish
Catch fish put them in new tank
take the rest of the water out of old tank and put it in new tank
