Is my coral recoverable?

Hey guys, new to the forum here. I have a leaf plate, I believe, that is dying. Just want to know if it's recoverable and how I might speed recovery up if it is. I have a biocube 14, ph is at 7.8 (using buffer to raise that), ammonia at .25, all other chemical levels good. 10% water change weekly, two power heads, and 10K light plus blue LED I have running 8 hrs a day.
