Hello, can I get an ID on this strange organism? It looks like a vermetid snail, except that the tube is clear without pigmentation, and very soft to the touch, they seem to sway in the current. These things have multiplied like crazy in the dark zones of my tank. It's not over the new rock, but it grows like crazy all over the aged rocks.
EDIT: Also I forgot to mention that these sponge things are even growing on my emerald crabs!!!! The crabs seem ok, but that is a little aggressive for a sponge isn't it?
Additionally I've discovered a hydroid takeover in the sump, although it doesn't seem to have spread to the mature rock. Could the two be related?
