Feeding carnivores supermarket meat

Does anyone feed their saltwater predators supermarket seafood... What kinds ? Squid?shrimp? I wanna start feeding them this in addition to frozen foods i buy... Can i buy squid and shrimp and feed them it? Any rosks? Benifits let me know thanks!
