Decisions decisions. Wich to put first.

So i have a 90gallon and of course wish i could just put any fish i love in there but we know we can't. Need help deciding an order and preference on the fish I want and order to put them in.
So far these are the some i really want

Foxface
Flame angel or bicolor angel
Purple firefish
Toby puffer
Longnose hawkish.
2 orc Clownfish
Royal gramma
And a goby not sure wich yet
