Buble algea getting bad

I have had bubble algae in my tank for some time now. After reading much debate on how to control it and I may have made a mistake by trying to physically remove while doing a water change. Now it is on the verge of becoming a real problem)not there yet, but certainly not getting better. Please ...any suggestions?

System: 72 bow no sump. Esshops 100H(skims well), Reactor with gran carbon and 4oz phosban (always fresh, less than 2 weeks), and about 60lbs rock, most many years old.

Live stock: 2 Chromis, 1 Lemon peel, 4 Mithrax, 2 skunk cleaners, many astreas (about 30 or so). SPS frag dominated mixed reef

API Kit says:

Cal-440
Alk-11
Ph 8.2
Nitrates-0 readable
Phos- (debatable) 0 (the color charts are tough for a color challenged person like me. My wife says it may be in between 0 and readable.
0 nitrite and ammonia.
ALWAYS RO/DI water using Spectapure 4 stage with all new filters (about 1 month)

Weekly 10 gallon water changes (where I try to remove the BA)
