Brain Coral with some puffy white spots??

I have a brain coral that all of a sudden is not happy! It's not expanding with the light like usual and it looks to have white patches that look kind of fuzzy. Maybe it's getting picked on? We have a reef w/ some fish. Was happy then we added peppermint shrimp & a file fish for glass anemone relief and now the brain isn't great. I've not seen anyone picking on him, just guessing. I don't know how to upload pictures to here yet. Advice on how to & I'll add pictures.

Water parameters are normal ph, sg,, ammonia 0 nitrite 0, nitrate 2 (wanting it lower)
