Blue Fin Angel and Yellow Tang

Hey guys I could use some quick advice, or reassurance rather. 90g tank. So I bought a yellow tang that's about 4 inches give or take a little. A week later I bought a Blue Fin Angel who is probably in the 4.5 inch range. Anyways, when I put the angle in, the tang was checking him out and shortly after started hitting him with his tail. The bluefin ran away for awhile then eventually started defending himself. Not going after the tang just hitting the tang once the tang started hitting him. long story short, I tore the tank down to get the tang out, added 30 lbs of live rock that finally finished curing, and the angel has been a little shy but seems fine. The tang has been in a 30g tank for 12 days now which I know is way to small. I was going to add him back today but I just wanted to see what everyone thinks as far as the tang being aggressive again. As I would rather not have to tear down the tank again to get him out again. Or am I just going to have to put him in and see what happens? Thanks guys.
