What are the flowers growing out of my live rock?

Hey everyone, I keep seeing a ton of these "flower" looking these coming up out of my live rock? Does anyone know what these are, or if they're harmful?

Also, does anyone know the best way to revive leather coral?

And has anyone seen the mushroom that I have?
