Receding Hammer and Frogspawn corals?

Hi all,
I've had my 29g biocube running for almost a year now and have lately had a hard time with my hammer and frogspawn corals. They were the first corals I had started with and were doing beautifully for the past 5 months or so - growing and fully extended. Within the last month they have both been receding and part of the skeleton is now visible. I have other corals in the tank that are doing just fine (torch, palys, zoas, dendro, gonipora, leathers, and mushrooms). I have been checking my parameters regularly to see if something has changed, but can't find anything different or off. I do a regular water change/media change every two weeks, and there's no sign of disease. I can't figure it out.

In response to the receding I lowered their position in the tank to closer to the sandbed thinking the lights were too strong (I changed to LEDs from the standard biocube LED/tube lights in June by retrofitting my canopy with the TruLumen Pro Nano kit: Marine Fusion – 12K white & 453nm blue; Deepwater Blue – 453nm blue). Lowering the corals did not lead to any improvement.

Corals seemed to be doing fine until roughly late Sept/Oct though.

My params have been regularly around these:
Alk = 8.5
CA = 435
Mg = 1370
pH = 7.8-8.2
Phosphate = .03
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = ~10
Salinity = 1.026
Temp = 76

Any ideas? I really want to try to stop the receding! Thanks in advance for any advice. The photos show the hammer and frogspawn in July and then today!
