Is my tank almost done cycling?! :D

My tank had about 2ppm of ammonia probably 3 days ago and nitrate at 0ppm and now my tank has 0ppm of ammonia and probably .25ppm nitrite and 5ppm of nitrate!! is my tank almost done cycling?! :D how long till i can add my first fish?! I'm so excited haha
