coral banded shrimp, yes or no

My friend wants to put a coral banded shrimp into the tank. LA says semi-agressive and it will fight with another one. But will they go after Darrel and Darell, my cleaner shrimp? what else, good or bad. I have to say "yes" or defend my "no".
