Appraisal of used 75g RR AGA with oak stand, sump, rock, skimmer

So im on craigslist looking for the diamond in the rough so i can upgrade my tank. Came across a post about a 75g AGA Reef ready corner overflow tank with what looks like an aqueon standard oak stand, comes with what looks like a 20g long sump but i could be wrong, and what looks like a diy skimmer with a rio600, also comes with 50lb of what looks like base rock. Theres no price but it says make an offer, im so bad with this. Any help guys? I really want this tank but kinda dont want the skimmer. What would you say is reasonable for that whole package?
