So on Friday night I got cashed out on my sick pay, 300 bucks! So, like most of you would, I want to go get some stuff for my tank. It was after 8 so petco was open and I needed salt so I walk in and I see they are having a tank sale. 1 dollar a gallon. Oh boy... So I look at my special lady with my kid in a candy store eyes and she immediately goes no Christopher. Absolutely not. So I pick up another bag of substrate and my salt and the tank and head home. I call up my reefer pal and tell him we got a project. He brought his bucket and we loaded up my car with all the containers I have. 38 gallons and two cars we get home and start work. It's like 10pm at this point so we start going on everything. We clean the substrate and start filling. By the time we get the water hot and dump in the entire bag of salt, water cleared, and everything set in the spot of the old tank, it's 2am. We start our transfer. I have an infant yellow tang I got when I got the tank, and all my other fish. I didn't get any more lr because I wanted a lot of space in the column.
Before the tang police step in, I'm upgrading again to a 100g as soon as I move into my new place!
