sump help

Hi everyone I have a Juwel Vision 260 Litre tank could someone recommend what size sump i should use and what size pipe work... I have a skimmer but wondered what size return pump i should use .... sorry about asking but i am new to this and cant find the info anywhere else ...Thanks in advance please help out a newbie
