First I would like to say, this is NOT a quarantine vs no QT discussion. Please leave your thoughts on how everything should be QT'ed, treated, observed, ect.. (or not) on the page you just came from. Accidents do happen. And no my tank did not accidentally get ich (that i know of). Thank You.
Do you guys think that parasites that we can control with good nutrition, a stress free environment and proper husbandry (and uv) can be naturally riddin from our systems?
an example
Such as you just put that last fish into your tank and some how, some way he had ich, despite your best efforts to prevent it. Do you think after years of running a very healthy tank our inhabitants can build up an immunity so well that ich just cannot get what it needs to survive and will die out?
Other parasites?
