leaking glass tank

Wasnt really sure where to put this one, but i have a 40b glass that has developed a small leak. Its manageable, but want to be able to repair it before it starts to cause any damage to my stand ( not sure if it is or not yet, cant see under the tank). Can this be done without a teardown? I really dont feel like dealing with all that work!
