What would be a good lighting schedule. My current light I leave the blues on all the time and the whites I turn on when I leave for work at about 6:30am and then I normally turn them off around 6:00pm so I can enjoy the tank with the light on for a few hours when I get home. I plan to get a timer for these lights which is my second question what is a good timer that i can run 4 power cables off, two for the blue and two for the whites? Is it bad to run the blues all the time? I am having a little cyano outbreak and I am thinking it might be because I have had the lights on for to long each day.
