Flatworms?

I think my tank may have flatworms- at least I think that's what they are. They are about the size of a pinhead and adhere to the sides of my tank. Right now there does not seem to be an over abundance of them and my chromid seems quite content in eating them. At first I thought they were microstars because at night I can see the zipping around but now I'm not sure. If they are flatworms is that terribly bad?
