Any experience with AquaSun 24x3w LED Light Fixture

Anyone with any experience with the AquaSun product? I'm about to the point that a chinese product is a chinese product but I can buy two of these for $210 and they seem to have timers, programmable, sunrise / sunset... etc.

It's either these or the L247's unless I hit the lotto this week and splurge...
