I have a 180 Gallon tank (72 x 24 x 24) that's been up and running and I want to upgrade my lighting and eventually have some corals, but more importantly, some anemones for my clownfish (which are a really sweet pair of orange blood misbar clowns which are a cross between a Maroon and an Oscellaris. They have the body of a Maroon with the fins, and the coloring of a dark Oscellaris).
Anyways, I'm not trying to break the bank because I really only want a few things, like a frogspawn and a BTA, Sebae, and Long Tentacle for my clowns to hopefully pick one to be hosted in.
I know that Anemones, and especially the Long Tentacle need strong lights.
I've read a lot about people buying these Cheaper Chinese Fixtures, and this seem like something I'd be interested in doing since I'm not trying to do a full reef, but obviously want a strong enough light to have my anemones thrive.
I have a 180 Gallon tank that has the black bracing on top that looks like it would be perfect for 3 light fixtures for the three openings. Would any of these three lights work?

Thanks, I appreciate all the help any of you can give me.
