RW-4 or RW-8?

I am having a frag tank made, It will be mainly SPS frags. The tank is 24x24x10



Should I do the RW-4 or RW-8? I am thinking the 8 personally.



I will have a quietone 3000 and I think it will pump about 600GPH through the return.



So I dont know if the RW-8 is over kill.



The tank will be just frag tank, BB with acrylic frag racks.
