Overflow Ideas?

I am trying to figure out the best way to design my frag tank overflow. I just dont want it to be to noisy, Right now I am just planning on 1 drain 1 return, I am not worried about it getting clogged because there wont be anything in the tank other then coral and I will have a strainer on it as well. What are some different ways I can do it? The only design I have done before is my beananimale but I wont be doing that on this one.



The tank will be drilled in the bottom 1" drain 3/4" return with a acylic overflow box
