Diatone in full bloom!

I noticed a bit here and there but now its in full bloom since I have my lights on. The cleaning crew is helping already but it looks like more than they can handle..(but that's yet to be determined)

I heard or read its part of the new tank and it will get better on its own. Is there anything I should be doing? Or should I NOT have my lights on? Any suggestions? ride it out?
