Coral banded and cleaner shrimp

I've read in multiple places that a coral banded and cleaner shrimp are ok in the same tank. I was going to be adding a coral banded shrimp To my 75 tank next week. Is it ok to add the coral banded first or should I add the scarlet cleaner first? Does it matter??
