Blueprint, in the works

Currently I have a 75 gal tank. My very first Marine tank and as with anything it has been a live and learn experience.

Currently I am planning a much larger tank, One that will be about 10-12 feet long 2-2 1/2 feet tall 3 feet deep. Any advice from more experienced reefers would be GREAT! even though I have a 75gal Im still figuring things our like best refugium setup, best skimmer, lighting, UV sanitizers.

One problem i have is how to build the tank. with a tank that large it will have to be built on site but we live in a rural area without local tank builders and honestly not sure we could afford that anyway. considering a plywood tank but still not convinced of the durability. I am also debating best stand and refugium. If the plywood thing works out i would like the refugium to be the same size as the tank itself. Im still trying to figure out what the best set up for the refugium would be and what to plan for. some talk about a deep sand bed some talk about fugi mud algae lighting where to put the skimmer how to plumb it. I have been doing research on all of this but opinions from experienced people is always great :) so toss your ideas out there. let me know what has worked for you all and what are some things to avoid :) thanks everyone
