So i had aiptasia a while back but used the good old X to kill the stuff. I hadn't noticed any since doing that. But last night i was moving rocks around and picked up one of my shells to find this on it.
Is this aiptasia? Mine before were like a ghost see through color and this one is very solid dark color. Also i tried touching it and it didn't retract or close like the ghost colored ones did.
What is this? (Sorry the pic was taken in a dark room with the blue lights on)
PS: i removed it into a small 1 gallon bucket, just need to know if i should kill it or put back into my tank?
