Sun Coral in a Nano?

I have a 15 gallon (12 gallons of water) with 1 clown and various corals in it. Some how my collection is mostly green and purple , so I am looking at adding some more color. Current corals include 2 toad stools, 2 gongipora, various candy canes, mushrooms, and a frogspawn.

My concern is the extra nutrient load. I've been battling green hair algae for a while (tank is still relatively new). I think I am finally getting control over it, but still too soon to tell.

For filtration I have a canister filter with GFO in the media trays. I've only had the GFO for 3 weeks and I have seen some improvement, but still too soon to tell. I also do water changes once a week, about 20%.

I'm just curious, for those of you who have them, would this reverse my progress with my algae problem? I hardly feed the tank, just enough for the clown so I believe my current issue is just past nutrients being purged/used up from the rocks.

Would love to hear/see what other's husbandry involves.
