220 gallon need help please..please read

hello i need help on pluming,pump ect for my refrigum..what should i put it it..how do i pipe this so water dont just come poring in and out...the tank is a 220 gallon..with 4 holes 2 on each side 2 on left bottom right 2 on right bottom right i know will be one on each side return and one on each side water coming down to sump/refigum....how big should pipe be,how big should my pump be taking water back up...please info would be great...
