Weird algae in 13.5 gallon tank

Have had this tank for nearly 1 year now.
2 Months ago this algae came.

I have tried chemiclean (lfs suggested red algae), didnt work.
I have tried increasing water current (lfs suggested that), didnt work.

Any Ideas?
