Not looking too good

I recently got two gigantic carpet anemones. One is looking slightly okay and the other looks bad but I am not sure how bad he is and looking for advice.
Tank is 1.5 years old
I have 2 mocha clowns who have bonded with first anemone and are ignored the bad looking one.
Parameters are
pH is 8.2
Ammonia is 0
Nitrite is 0
Nitrate is 0
Temp is 78 degrees
Salt levels are 1.021
