How do I get the mobile version of the reeftank?

Hi all, not really a fish question, but is there some way to always get the enhanced mobile version to show up on my phone? If I search for the reeftank on Google the mobile version comes up. If I type in the address the standard version comes up. Do I need an app or something? The mobile version works much better on my phone. I didn't even know thete was a mobile version.
