Light for Corals

I want to start growing coral in my 20 gallon tank and have a Current USA Orbit Marine LED Saltwater Reef Lighting System which i heard is able to grow some coral but later on i'd like to grow SPS coral and was wondering if it would be a good idea to buy the AROCCOM 165w Dimmable 55 pieces 3W LEDs Full Spectrum Aquarium Light for Coral, Reef & Fish Tank or if it would be too much light for the corals.
