First time reefing.

Hello guys, I would like to start a saltwater aquarium. I need help. This is my plan. I have a 60 gallon tank. I will buy salt, i already have two 530 gph wave makers so I'll use those. I have a canister thats rated for 535gph with a built in uv sterilizer. I plan on using that with just polyfilter and purigen. Ill buy 40lb live sand. And 50lb dry live rock from BRS. I will get biospira for bacteria. For light I have a regular florescent hood. Can i just buy stronger bulbs? If so what kind of bulbs can i get to support sps and zooanthids. If i can't whats the cheapest light i can get? Also I will be usine tapwater. What do you guys recommend
