What can I use to supplement a tuxedo urchin's diet? Can I provide dried seaweed? And, (dumb question) how do I ensure that the urchin is eating it? I don't have a lot of coralline algae for it to eat, but I do have other algaes -
I rubber band dried seaweed to a small LR fragment and drop it in my tank to supplement a couple of fish, but remove it after a day. Will that be sufficient time for the urchin to find it? Should I just put the urchin on it? LOL.
I hate thinking something is starving to death in my tank. I don't want to say "Why didn't I think of that?" when it's too late.
