is this ich

Hi, 2 weeks ago I found this, http://ift.tt/1Yd0Ohd its a single white spot just after the black stripe on its head, it was there for around a day or so then dissapeared then reappeared on the same spot and has been there for a day or two but is now gone, but now I found another single white dot on its body, but no white dot where I found it last time, does this sound like ich ?

its been around 2 weeks since I found the white dot and I have only ever seen one white dot on the fish, if it was ich wouldn't there be more ?

my bc basslet has a white spot on the very end of its tail :/
