Y-Return in a Biocube

So I would like to change the return in my coral life biocube 29 to a Y so the flow is split and move even throughout the tank. How do I do this? Can I just buy something or is this more DIY? Videos would be helpful if possible, if not just an explanation would be great. Thanks!
