Shop Vac for tank?

Hey Guys,



Awhile ago I saw someone post about a wet shop vac that they use on there sump.



I need one for my sump and also my coffee table fish tank because i cant use siphons due to how low the tank sits.



Could anyone send me links to shop vacs they know that can be submerged in water and suck water out?



Looking for something not to spendy.
