New to Reefing

I've had experience of keeping tropical previously, but now have finally got into Reefing. I've bought an Aquael Reefmaster 105 and it's now sitting there waiting for me to get it going. Before I start filling it though, unusually for me I'm doing a bit of research into the kit itself and what it's capable and not capable of (with any purchase I usually just rip the box open, take out the item and ignore all the paperwork).
