Light setup help T5 plus LED.

I currently run a 4 bulb T5 setup on the Wavepoint setup below. I want to add an LED strip to front for color and growth supplement. I have someone willing to give me the LED listed below as well. My question is how to attach it and also the color choice and position on T5 bulbs and how to run the full spectrum LED.
