Feeding a Clownfish

How do you get yours to eat? I purchased some of the high quality pellets at my LFS but when I drop them into the tank they just float right past him. He's only eaten one of them. Half the time I think he doesn't even see them



Also- he moves his mouth open and close all the time- it looks like he is talking. Is that normal?
