Hi all
IM in the process of cycling my new 45 gallon tank with 55lbs live rock from local fish store and live sand. I Have been testing my water for a few days and my amonoa level is stuck at .25ppm, I'm showing 0 nitrites and 20p nitrates.
My amonoa won't drop under .25- im using an API test kit and I've read that sometimes they show .25 when there is actually no amonoa at all.
I'm just trying to decide if my tank is cycled or not. If I have Nitrates then that means nitrites have already been converted right?
Thanks
