Alright I have been thinking alot about my new tank. I am getting my first Reef Ready tank and to be honest I am not thrilled about it but it was a must so whatever. So I am thinking of running 2 full siphons and an 1x emergency overflow. I dont want to come up over the back of the tank and I cant drill the tank so would it be perfectly fine to just run 1x return to the tank? Would it really matter if I am running 1 or two returns? I dont think it would honestly. But maybe I am wrong?
Wouldnt running 1 just cause double the flow through that single return instead of the flow being devided into 2? 1" pvc can handle 2200gph of flow and up to 3500, My return pump doesnt push that much water.
