New 55 Reef tank. Opinions on Cycling my tank

Hows it going everyone? After a bunch of reading I've recently purchased dr.tims one and only cycling solution. I have yet to receive it form the mail, but i intend on using it when it gets here. Im aware of using table shrimp and live rock to initiate the cycle.



In your opinion/experience, is using the "one and only" solution okay for cycling my tank? If so/not, why and what should i look out for?



fyi, i just tested the system;



pH ~7.4

Amonnia 0

Nitrate 0

Nitrite 0
