75G reef tank troubles

My name is Matt, I'm a saltwater enthusiast. I've owned tanks all throughout my life. Mainly freshwater and about 5 years ago I started up my first 55g reef tank.

My current tank (75g) is about 3 years old and has been thriving since it was setup. I've had absolutely outstanding growth, and coloration in my corals until about roughly 3 months ago. I've been battling with my 75g tank for the past 3 months and unfortunately have lost many many corals colonies that I've cared for and had the absolute pleasure of watching them grow from tiny frag plugs.

My tank specs are as followed. 75g all glass aquarium, crushed coral substrate(about 40lbs), and about 40-50lbs of rock. 30g open sump with another 30lbs of rock, both my sump and tank are filled with various critters for clean-up such as; hermits, astrea snails, turbo snails. I have a 2 stage media reactor, 2 little fishes phasban reactor, Reef Octopus DNWB 150 recirculating protein skimmer. My lights are a DIY LED fixture which consist of 12x Luxeon ES 5k neutrel white LEDs, and 12x Luxeon ES Royal Blue Leds which are powered by x2 Mean Well ELN-60-48D dimmable drivers. Everything is controlled, and timed by my Apex Lite aquarium controller, that's connected to my home network.

About 3 months, I noticed one morning that overnight 2 of my biggest Acropora colonies were about 50% bleached. They were completely bleached in roughly 36 hours hours and sadly, nothing I could do. I test my water perimeters about every 6 weeks, and aside from elevated nitrates everything has always been the same. My PH is always steadily at around 8.0, nitrates are always elevated(around 60ppm) it's a constant struggle to try to keep them under control. So, here I am about 3 months later and I've lost roughly 80% of all the corals in my tank(even my GSP colony completely died). My tank only inhabits 3 fish, a pair of black occy clowns, and a Purple tang who has lived in there since the tank was new.

At this point, I'm thinking that perhaps lighting might be the issue. I've never had these issues when I ran MH's on my 55g. I transferred everything over to my 75g, including the water and everything was great up until a few months ago. However, I lost a good amount of growth in my corals when I switched the LEDs.

Any thoughts or suggestions on where to start investigating would be absolutely appreciated, and I look forward to hearing your opinions! Thanks in advanced guys!
