mangroves

I'm wondering whether i can add mangroves to my fuge.. its lit by a ge 24watt energy saver 6500k.. do i need a sanded?

package says it puts out 125 watts.. anyways I'm wondering how to care for the mangroves..its more for aesthetics.. acquiring the seeds and shoots is no problem as i can just go and collect them for free.. so any help is appreciated...
