tomini tang and tailspot blenny aggression

i have a new 3 1/2" tomini tang that is peaceful to everything in my tank (clown pair, mandarin, all corals, snails) but he seems to hate my tailspot blenny. i have adequate hiding spaces in my 55 gallon for the tailspot but i hate to think that he has to watch over his shoulder all day long when trying to feed.

ive been feeding nori and ocean nutrition algae sheets 4x weekly for the tang and hes fat at the moment but if he sees the tailspot he just goes for him always. i planned to trade the tomini once he reaches about 4- 4 1/2" but maybe i should relocate him sooner, any ideas? i figured it was because they both show almost similar body colors.
