New light

I just got s new light for a very good deal it is http://ift.tt/2i2oKdd I got it for a lot cheaper but it's a great light and can grow anything with it. Just trying to figure out hat cycles I should put the light on and off. Right now I only have two clowns but I plan on putting all sorts of fish and corals. I have a 40 gal so if anyone got any suggestions for intervals for the light let me know thank you
