Tang with swim bladder issues?

When I checked on my saltwater tank today, my yellow tang was swimming/acting very odd. He was staying at the top of the tank his dorsal would be out of the water, and he seemed to have trouble staying erect.
I seems like it could be a swim bladder issue, but I am not sure.


Any insight? If it's something that can be fixed I would love to know!
