Current USA Orbit Marine Aquarium LED Light

Currently looking into lighting and other necessities for my tank. I'm considering the Current USA Orbit Marine Aquarium LED Light. Has anyone had any experience with it? Good or bad?

I've also got some other items in my Amazon cart that I wanted opinions on before I purchased them. Whether or not you used them, whether or not they're needed for a healthy tank, etc.

Please keep in mind I am a single mom, and poor af. It's one of those situations where, the cheaper, the better. If you have ANY product suggestions that I need for a healthy tank, or any cheap alternatives, please comment them. Thanks in advance!!

My tank specs are 48" long - 12 1/2" wide and 21" deep.

Equipment I have already is Marineland Emperor 400, Salinity Refractometer Aquarium & Seawater - Dual Scale (1.0 to 1.070 S.G.),
ViaAqua 300-Watt Quartz Glass Submersible Heater with Built-In Thermostat (will likely buy a second one as a back up), Aquarium Fish Tank Light 30 LED Waterproof with US Plug Blue Light. I have 90lb of CaribSea Aragamax Oolite, 20lb of CaribSea Arag-Alive Bahamas Oolite, Instant Ocean Salt. I plan on getting about 40-50 lb of dry rock, and maybe 20 or so of live rock to seed. Will that be a sufficient amount of rock, or should i get more?

I plan on a reef tank with both corals and fish.

OR

Lee's Protein Skimmer Counter Current -- This is significantly cheaper. I'm wondering I can use this until I upgrade at a later date?

9) Marineland Diamond Blend Ammonia Neutralizing Carbon

10) Marineland Black Diamond Premium Activated Carbon
